Four Knots

Once one knot has been spotted, more knots are sure to follow.  And apparently, knots on a design wall are no different!

Four down, five to go!

I have learned, courtesy of block two, that taking apart partial seams is not much fun, so I've been trying to slow down and double check what I'm sewing together. I'm very glad that blocks three and four went smoothly!

  4. They are gorgeous. I agree, ripping out is no fun but ripping out partial seams is even more no fun. I hope the rest of this quilt goes smoothly for you.

  5. Unpicking partial seams sounds pretty ghastly, so I'm glad the more recent blocks didn't cause you any more trouble. Four blocks together looks really good.

  9. Its very striking! I've always wanted to make this block, but I've yet to attempt it because I know it would be like eating potato chips! After seeing yours, it is definitely moving up on my list, however!
