I've had problems and frustration with quilts not laying flat, hopefully taking a little break from it will help you figure out the best course of action to take with it!Reneehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11843675387693755387noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2953691207864192295.post-16583638369587500582013-03-20T17:27:49.392-04:002013-03-20T17:27:49.392-04:00The penguins are great! Have you tried steaming and blocking the quilt top, in order to get it to lie flat? I've started using Ann Fahl's method from Dancing with Thread. Here's a on-line quilt blogger's description of the method: http://quiltingclimber.blogspot.ca/2011_08_01_archive.html. I think her quilt is already quilted, but you can block the top alone, quilt it, and then block it again.momijihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03269568370387980525noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2953691207864192295.post-12717628775208658522013-03-20T11:09:43.954-04:002013-03-20T11:09:43.954-04:00Silly silly penguins.
